    Angelic Layer tournament

I am a huge fan of Angelic Layer, been looking for a good rpg about it. I then played the gba game which inspired me to make this.
I had help with a friend making the rules, they may need a little touch to them. We battled each other a couple times to test it.

You get to create a angel and battle for the chapionship.
    Battles can get pretty close.
Blue guy: 0.11 DP Red guy: 1.23 DP

    I'll be a judge

    rules:
    1. Highest quickness goes first.
    2. Move the number of panels of your movement, dont need to go max distance.
    3. If your opponent is in range for a attack, make up to 3 attacks of punching or kicking that you can think of (ex: punch, kick, stomp). A attack involveing a arm is considered a punch, and the leg is a kick.
    4. After attacking if you have movement left you may move away from the opponent.
    5. When a opponent attacks the damage reduction kicks in and lowers the damage you take, also the chance of blocking/evading/countering kick in ( which I'll make the rolls for).
    6. If you evade you just dodge a attact and try to dodge or block/counter the others.
    7. A partial block you take half the damage plus damage reduction and still have to try to stop the other attacks.
    8. A full block you take no damage and stop the rest of the combo.
    9. A counter you stop the combo with no damage and get a free unblocked hit on the opponent.
    10. Specials can be attacks or boosts, and they must not be rigged to a point.
(A boost example: Hyper mode- If hp/dp drops below 50% your damage is raised by 25.). They can be blocked.
    11. Finishers are attacks that can only be used once a match. They take up a lot of concentration and can be blocked. (ex: Rolling thunder- deals 70 damage to a opponent and knocks back opponent 5 panels.)
    12. If you are knocked down you cant move that turn, you may pay 1 concentration per 50 damage you took from last hit to stand and move.
    13. Whoever has most damage points withing 30 posts wins, or if you reduce their damage points to 0, or if you knock them out of the layer.
    14. Remember to use the field to your advantage and to even deal massive amount of damage.
    15. Please respect one another
    16. Have fun.

Are these rules, states? Cause that's what they seem to be instead of rules

Done, I added the rules. You can tweak it if you'd like. This is my first play by post game I made and it was made quickly.
