As 2010 started the federation was getting restless with all the pirate raids on their ships. The enrollment rate for the interstellar army has been at an all time low. So the federation has had to result to using mercenaries and bounty hunter's. Kitsune Mizuhara just happens to be a bounty hunter, although he hate's to help the federation he does need the money. So for a short while he worked as the interstellar police. Kitsune soon became sick of helping the federation so he quit the interstellar police. Ever since then he has been wandering around from planet to planet not really looking for anything just drifting.
Also in the universe the slave market is on a huge boom, slaves can be bought or sold almost anywhere. Most slaves never get out of slave work, though some lucky few do get out. Whenever a person owns a ship large enough for cargo transporting most have at least one slave. There is one trick in the system though the federation doesn't stop slave trading in fact the y support it, even some of their own people are slaves. Slave jobs range from bodyguard to maid to nanny to lover.

So the rules are 1.No random player killing for any reason. (It's depressing.)
2.All normal RPG rules apply.
3. When a problem arises between to characters such as one player says what their and another persons character are doing without consent from the other player is forbiden and must be solved by PMing not on the forum.
4. All post's must be kept at "OT" level (for those of you who don't know what "OT" is it's older teen manga or sometimes refered to as 16+.)
