Before i do that is it OK if i can manipulate the 4 elements of earth? earth, wind, water and fire if i have to I'll even make my character train for it. Or does it not count as 1?

elements can count as one power.thats fine.ok and that goes for all of you.if you have a power it can have only 4-5 abilities for instants (psychic powers-psycho kenieses,future sight,pyro,mind reading.)*excuse my spelling*but remember dont be cheap try not to go between more than 2 abilities during a fight.so to answer your question darkninja yes.thats fine.

Cool, thnx. as for ideas lets see... Well since people don't know powers exist i can't really think of anything. but i'll let you know when i think of something. OR if you want you can create a gang that has a low level of power and terrorizes the town to get what the want? u can probably work that in there somehow.
