Um.. i've never done anything like this before so I might need your help... A LOT but sure.. I'll be apart of it. ^^
OK it is modern time on a alternate world. The major difference? The mafia styled Clans. The Vampires, Werewolves and other Were-creatures, Carpathians, Lich, Beholder, Shade, Necromancers and normal humans all are vying to take over the other Underworld clans territory, corrupt the government (like that's hard), set up their own illegal underground empires, settling blood vendettas (or making them).
Are there good guys? Yes(Carpathians could be considered that- They are Vigilantes protecting humans while hunting the others down, especially Vampires) They tend to interfere with your plans on a regular bases, like the cops ( most would be NPCs). There would be the inner-Clan intrigue, vying for a higher position, planning the take over of territory, assassinations. Everything that The mafia does with a supernatural twist.
You can kill off any NPC. The Vampires, Carpathian, Lich, and Shades-player characters can be killed, BUT they always come back usually with a blood vendetta on your head. The other Player Character types can NOT be permanently killed off. Player Characters that under go transformation from one type to another do Die then resurrect-example: normal human to Vampire or Lich must die to undergo the transformation.
OK, any one interested in this type of RPG? I need 5 players to get approval and start playing.

Oh heck...why not! I'd love to join this RPG! Do you think that Necromancers could be killed to since they (In essence) control life and death? Sometimes Necromancers get stabbed and turn to dust only to come back with nothing more than a headache!

This would be my first RPG, but if you will have me I will love to join/play.... And I will try my best & try not to be a nuisance to everyone else... But if you don't want beginners I will understand... ^_^
