Can you imagine?
Imagine...
making a grand supper, yet no one comes to eat.
Imagine...
waiting all night for someone who does not come.
Imagine...
writting a letter and recieving no reply.
what do you feel?
what crazy ideas swirl through your head?
what pain rips through your heart?
what coldness crawls through your body?
what lonliness does your soul endure?
Imagine...
making a grand supper, and only one comes to eat.
Imagine...
waiting all night for someone who finally comes in the morning.
Imagine...
writting a letter and recieving a phone call instead.
what do you feel?
Thankful.
i hope that wasn't a waste of time for you! This was inspired by the lonliness i feel when i see the No buddies online box...

^_^ Aww darling, I'm always here for you.
... >_> But I understand.
It's a beautiful poem, by the way. ^_^ Don't take this offensively: I know you can do better.

The passion is there and that's great, just be careful when you use the word imagine and what repeatedly! Now I'm not trying to offend you but I wrote a poem called "Thank You" and I used these word a lot! In short what I'm trying to say overall good job, just done write imagine and what so many times to where the reader gets tired of reading! Hope I didn't offend you.

I'm not a big fan of the repetition.

Re: Can you imagine?
The repitition of words are great! I'm imagining something already the minute i was readinmg this poem....but the poem was kinda dull because of its topic but anyways,it was pretty. ^_^

Re: Can you imagine?

Re: Can you imagine?
>o< thanks everyone! >.> i know it's not the best but this was more an excersize in my emotion then trying to make something grand...
<.< it felt so dull beecuz i felted dulled when i was writing it... dulled feelings, and dulled senses...
^_^ but i'm glad some of you still liked it! thanks a bunch!
