Amagai Shuusuke

Lol ^^ Know the name Amagai Shuusuke?

The new 3rd Squad Captain...

What do you guys think about him?

Well from my early assest... I think he is a good character... totally a different kind of Captain as far as we know.. wields a short katana which is very rare... Alcohol non lactorant, which means he gets drunk easily... he would do anything for the sake of his teamates... a bit like Kurosaki there...

This is his pic here... and i keep hearing people calling him "Filler captain"... lol

well the first ep with him in it was a bit cliche, but he seems like an ok char.

theres 2 things that leave me wondering tho, does he have a bankai and is his alcohol problem gonna get dragged on and on throughout the entire season ^^

he is a captain. therefore he has a bankai, whether it's shown or not. (with the exception of kenpachi)

and the alcohol thing, i think the 8th squad captain has a bit of a drinking problem. so i dont see why it wouldnt make good comic relief. who knows? maybe some of his attacks revolve around alcohol.

ah yeah forgot about that, altho its something to look forward to, we really havent seen all that many captains use theyre bankai yet.

im sure it will and ill prolly have some laughs over him anyway, however i was implying that it is not a very original way to go about it.
i dont know how the original storyline goes since i dont read the manga etc, but i cant help but feel that his introduction ep was a bit ..flimsy.

it will be intresting to see what potential he has tho

Yup... he does have a bankai in his sleeves.. i can't wait to see him in full potential.. and gee.. most captain has never shown their bankai yet still too -.- gosh...

Man.. the short sword sure is a cool one... but suprisingly.. it can be used for ranged attacks...

I think this captain is going to make a good character... a new character is what this anime just need.. it's been boring with the added new "bad guy characters" i found most not cool... the best part in this anime would be when Byakuya fights Ichigo... that truly was original when most new episodes seems like.. fillers.. o.O

It was the slowest moving episode in Bleach probably.. to me that is..

totally slow... but i still watch it

Well I think he's a ok character he isn't fully revealed yet so we don't know much about him but I do know he has a weakness against alcohol,a major one
that makes him a bit funny.
