its all the same it just been translated to english only and only a few things is changed from the original jap series
the correct answer is death god because the jap ver. is the orgional and that is what counts as the real answer. Not to mention the term soul reapor means the same as death god(or type of grim reaper). So in the end yes dath god would be what they are.

*All the same i will kill you all,Gaara* (yes i made my own siggy
Ya they really both mean the same thing but i think Death God sounds kooler...kinda puts more fear into the word if you kno what i mean...
Say what you mean, say what you feel,
Dont leave it up to assumtions,
There may not be another day to say it...
Well i like Death God but i hink they should make it Shigami thats he best in my opion because when you hear it you think cool name and you know what it means of course it means somebody who takes peoples souls and thats my opion.
I'll just repeat what I said the last time I was here.
KUBOTITE INTENDED THE MEANING OF "SHINIGAMI" TO BE "SOUL REAPER".
Therefore the Bleach version of Shinigami does NOT mean "death god". The author intended it to be "soul reaper".
Yes, essentially it does all mean the same thing, but this is an exception in the sense that an author has literary freedom to change definitions of terms as well as the ability to label his creations whichever way he wants to rather than what the general public wants.
I love my girlfriend.
for me they all the same, death its still death, as it is bleach still rock....
"Enjoy life today,Yesterday is Gone and tomorrow may never Come"
Death god is cooler to me than soul reaper but it wouldn't be a problem to hear the other .. actually there's no point of discussing this as we'll never take a prompt choice about it ...
Life and Death are always one and the sameEVEN IF A RAINBOW IS BROKEN THERE'S STILL THE SKY
