I remember finding a power meter for dragonball z about 2 years ago, basically the meter started from the most weakest character, then went to the mid range character, then strongest came at the end of the meter. This way, people were able to know/figure out how powerful other characters were in the series by basing/comparing it on the meter. So I want to know, is there a bleach power meter somewhere on the internet? I tried browsing fan sites and using google search, but nothing came up. If not, maybe we can develop one of our own.

I don't think there is or will be a bleach power meter.But you can use your judgment and see for your self who is stronger then the other.
