It's almost scary considering that zaraki kenpachi has reached this level of fighting. His rietsu is beyond reason, and he doesn't even know the name of his zanpaktu.... I still have a lot of respect for him. He may be "bold" with a craving for fighting, but there is one thing he carries that I must emphasize on... He has honor, he doesn't seem like it, but he is a very honorable shinigami. Even in his fight with Ichinose, he gave him countless opportunities to withdraw from the fight. Even after it was over, he said "he wasn't ready". Zaraki has my utmost respect as one of the most lethal fighters... Period.

mmm i agree to be honest, they are rare moments where zaraki exhibits honour. As you said dragon, he gave maki many chances to withdraw. Even during the captains battle, when Tousen was down to his last breathes. He made out like this is no fun anymore but in essence he didnt want to fight a man who's half dead coz it's not honourable. If you think about it, the 11th Squad is very much like the Shinsengumi, where defeat means death. Rewithdrawing means dishonour. Zaraki has potential to surpass even Yamamoto coz he's got tht much spirit power. But wut's interesting is his Lt. where she's decieving small and weak looking but she's got power stored up and i would think most of the time she doesnt fight coz her Ken-chan wants to enjoy the fights whille Yachiru herself jus wants to see kenpachi happy

very about him is quite unique even tho his personality has been similar to other anime characters as well. like the crave to fight and die in battle with honour. going down against a stronger oppponent. Like i said before, Zaraki Kenpachi's squad is much like the Shinsengumi. Defeat and retreat means dishomour and death.

kenpachi is superbly awsome to me hes a lot like lord lu bu from the game dynasty warriors he uses those bells on each hair strand and covers his eye patch to give people a chance and still they never win the match against ichigo was so cool i thought kenpachi won then he fell and i agree with the top of the page poster he is a very honourable fighter come on what bad guy well i think hes a bad guy gives his opponents a chance to run

I would say he is one of a few interesting characters. I like how his soul slayer has no name, thought that to be interesting. I've watched up tp episode 79 and look forward to more background on him.

He just seemed to be like a near limitless amount of concentrated energy like our dear Ichigo, though he lacks a bond with his weapon, otherwise I think he could end up beating or at least equaling the main character.

His way of acting seems to me a tad bit naive, somewhat an open person who likes to confront his personality upon others by force and commends respect through his way of life, however suicidle it can but only end in...

In short, this super strong person has quite a character development in him and that's what I like a lot about bleach, character development in each and every character :P

i like this guy, and i totally agree that he is a standout character....he is hilarious but serious and a total badass....he's so powerful that even ichigo could possibly be trashed by him....i think he's much like gai(or guy) in naruto, i think gai is one of the most powerful person on the show excluding the hokages but the way his character is delivered kinda takes away the idea from the viewers that he is one of the most powerful....same for kenpachi, i think he's more accepted by the fans to be one of the most powerful characters of the show unlike gai who looks like just comic relief...but the idea that kenpachi might be the most powerful(which might be a possibility if we come to think of it) is being taken out of people's minds because of how his character is delivered and some questions are still unanswered about him....


he's an ugly powerful badass, i always like those kind characters and i prefer them over those cool acting power hungry pretty boys....

yeah Zaraki is a pretty cool character though he is a little crazy about fighting somebody (though thats cool with me) i like him because of strength he has one of the most impressive display of power ive seen on bleach besides of course ichigo
