Kenpachi Zaraki is a liutenant so he should be able to i havent seen him use bankai though

I think that some kinda sick attempt at comic relief will make zaraki's bankai like tetsaega (the healing sword form inuyasha, no way i'm spellin it).

Kenpachi is just bullshittin. The fact that he SEZ he don't know it doesn't mean a thing. I'm sure in order to navigate the complex social ladder of the Shinigami, you must learn some subtlety.

What if his bankai is so powerful that he must hide the fact that he could bankai in the first place so he wouldn't be considered a threat by his paranoid compatriots and be destroyed due to overpower?

i dont know what he would look like but i can tell you he'd be extremely powerful and not to mention really awesome looking.

I think if he had a bankai for some reason Considering how gigantic and crazy of a man he is. I can see him having a gigantic demon... Or his sword is just sharper and bigger and can petrify his opponents or scare the life right out of them.
