personally, my favrite badguys are aizen (of course) because of his zanpakto, kyoka suigetsu, and the reason the arrancar follow him and ullquiora schiffer because he can take his eye out of his head to show past events he has seen!

The hollows actually do not follow him because of his ultra powerful zanpakutō. They follow him because he doesn't fear anything. He's fearless.

Ulquiorra Schiffer, the Fourth Espada in Sosuke Aizen's army. He's so badasstasitc, silent, cold, and can fight beyond most levels of fighting just using the kido and magic spell-things. He looks awesome, and his not-care-of-anything personality is pretty cool. The best part is he can keep up and hold his own against some of the strongest people without even using his zanpakutō...which looks cool too by the way. Overall, awesomeness.

I would have to say Aizen because he is so strong and he is really smart because his plans are very tactical and he knows what he is doing and it is hard to beat a guy with an army of that power.

Yea Aizen is a very powerful person i think that he is hte one that made the arrncar team what it is if he can make them listen to him he has to be very powerful and own very hard.
