My favorite would be Ulquiorra Schiffer and Grimmjaw. Because by far, they are one of the few ones with characteristics.

I like Ulquiorra because he is cold, silent, he mocks, and he seems strong.
On the other hand, I like Grimmjaw's bad ass attitude. <^v^>/

Other than that... What other bad guys are admirable?
... Screw the bountos. <x_x> They are a waste of time.

I like Ulqiorra Schiffer!! His melancholic appearance and has green eyes with slit pupils make him cool. Ulquiorra is the Cuatro Espada in Aizen's army. cool, rite? ^^

Aizen, for sure. The majority of the arrancar make the list, with the exceptions of fish-bowl head and Yammy.
