(I know this is repetative >.<)
I just like the whole I'm-so-powerful-I-dont-have-to-talk-to-you attitude
lol but besides him I'd have to go with Kaname Tōsen 9th divison former captain
He's a bad guy but he has a strange sense of honor and justice it makes me feel bad for him

I like Grimmjow because he is much like my favorite Kenpachi, however, I also like him because of his hollow form before he became a Espada, and then his release form of his Zanpakuto which gives him panther-like qualities.

hands down Aizen because of his great tatical stradigies and army he has makes him a force to realy come to be opposed by. Aizen zombakto skills are good as well which makes Aizen even more fatel.

Ulqiorra, Grimmjow and Gin. But among the three, Gin for me is the coolest.. Somehow, I seems like he has some hidden schemes. Well let's just see...

Gin Ichimaru, hands down.

the fact that when he speaks he can imply he is innocent, and at the same time basically say he's guilty with a "what are you going to do about it?" tone is amazing to me.

that to me is awesome. i also like the way he looks. the fox face he has is perfect for a villain i say. looks so innocent, yet underneath is the red eyes of a heartless antagonistic man.

Gin, for sure. His calm composure keeps him looking cool throughout the manga, yet you know he could kill you if he wanted to. And the way he talks is so different from other anime characters, he's so amusing.

I also seem to have a thing for squinty eyed characters, it seems.

My favorite bad guy of all time would have to be Griffith from Berserk. He has this mysterious child like innocence that he projects, but deep within he is no more than pure evil. He's like the creepiest villan I've seen so far. His eyes are very demonic, and yet look peaceful. *shudders* that dude always freaks me out.
