the guy is just badass... Love the name PANTERA and he jus looks badass when he releases his zanpaktou. Not to mention that Grand Rey Cero he did was incredible. he's just Uber.

Ulquiorra Schiffer. hes the coolest of all the bad people in bleach.
hes also really cute^^ but his personality seems cool and not hot headed
like most villians.
Majin Vegeta becuz hes pure evil and he looks coooooooool, the old vegeta revived. and i also like kid buu cuz he too is evil and insane, o yeah, and Yukishiro Enishi from Rurouni Kenshin (Enishi Yukishiro from the Jinchu arc Manga)
