Aizen, because he seem trustworthy. Even his appearance made him seemingly a good guy. His betray is a great U-turn in a plot.

I got to say one of the most lovely arrancar characters is Arrancar No.6 Grimmjow ... and for the same reasons as Uloquirra well except that the calmness is substituted with the opposite

I lurv me my Aizen. He is ridiculously powerful. His shikai alone could kill everyone. the only person who could fight him, IS ON HIS SIDE! its pretty awesome in my opinion. Not to mention that. but he doesnt get angry about anything. He just goes through out the entire series with a disturbing smile. " the smile that shows no emotion" I like to call it.

Man and I thought that Tousen would be the one to kill Aizen, after he does something stupid. but that may not happen anymore. T_T
Oh well. so long as tousen doesn't go against his values and go completely evil, im fine with him being there.
