Well, I think that these emotions give the hero some taste. I mean it gets the readers into the character and see things through his eyes, but I'd have to agree that he does go through a lot of emotions to get somewhere and sometimes I'd swear that he has way too many emotion moments. So does some of the other characters as they get attached to Ichigo. I mean they almost gain these emotional spasms after becoming his "friend."

A lot of the names in most manga have something that relates to them. In the back of all the Bleach mangas there is a section that has the names of that characters and what they mean and sometimes I think it says why, but I believe that is easy to guess.

i was wondering What is the Hollow like apparition or a Hollow Appearing when ichigo is losing?

he is definitely a strong character in this great work of anime. and to answer the question of what ichigo means it is this: the kanji form of ichigo means the one, protector. but the actual word ichigo means "strawberry". by the way this has to be one of best anime still running right now and i really like it...

because itchigo when he transformend in reverse he became part hallow part soul reaper so that mask will never leave him oddly but true lator on from what i hear the part hallow part will come in handy lets hope i heard right

in the first manga it says Ichigo's name means strawberry because of his hair.
everyone makes fun of him because of it.

yeah i think they said something about everyone messing with him because of the color of his hair but i cant rly remember exactly what he said they did about it

Yeah ,Ichigo has two meaning mentioned through out the series .. the first is "strawberry" and the second "guardian/protector angel" or something like that (mentioned in the first 15 episode i don't know exactly where) ...
