Hese crazy and at some parts he is funny that is why i say Kenpachi Zaraki is my choise.

i would say mr. hat and clogs, urahara,hes soooooo funny and its a total turn of events whan you find out that he was a former captian

Well, it seems like Zaraki Kenpachi takes it here. Theres no crazier, eviler, point haired person better thats him. I especially love the whole bells on his hair and eyepatch thing. And the fact that he's so wild and untamed and yet his vice is the ever cute Kusajishi Yachiru.
