i would have to go with kisuke urahara he is the best out of all them he beats kenpachi by a longshot. he is super funny he is very crazy since he is hecka strong even tho he doesnt look like it he is the best character t there in bleach that we know of and he is damn funny

kenpachi hands down.hes one twisted guy plus at times,evn though hes scary,he can be pretty funny from time to time.

id have to say kenny, urahara, and then yachiro in that order. they all are funny but kenny is crazy and urahara is thought provoking, while yachiro is just hilarious!
I agree that Zaraki is funny, but i think that Korouyaku is the funniest, especially when Ise is always hitting him with that tome of hers. He's also the hottest ;-D Yachiru is funny, and so is Urahara, but he isn't a captain anymore...

I could say that yachiro is the best. you've notice that she always call someone "maki maki" then i love the expression of her face..Shinigami Illustrated Picture Book... Byakushiiii...
Kenpachi is by far the craziest of them all. the guys a nut and does nothing but live breath eat and sleep fighting
