Any hint on what the movie will be rated. My friend is worried that they will rate it something that will make her not want to take her 6 and 8 year old. I know that sometimes thing people consider violence can even be rated R, where do you think this movie will be. I am guessing PG or PG13.

yea. it was like a 8 year old in the theater with me watching saw 2 and he was laughing. it was funny too.

and anyway, i say the age should have a cut off limit but it all depends on maturity. i know 8 year olds who watch porn and act more mature than adults.

If you mean the new movie it's going to be PG-13 or is being shot to be a PG-13 Spielberg et al want it to be a family affair like Spidey or the X-men.

Thank you, i was hoping for PG13. Regardless of what a few bad parents do, most will not take younger children to movies like Saw; and, if you know an 8 year old that watches porn and you do not report the person letting them do that you are as guilty as the offender is for letting that happen. No 8 year old is mature enough for that and it is illegal for kids to see porn for a reason.

As far as 8 yr olds watching Saw, whats wrong with that? It does not make bad parents to see a movie, it makes bad parents to see a movie and not talk about what they have seen. If they can understand right and wrong and do not scare easy and have no nightmares, why are they bad parents? My parents took me to see far worse than saw and I am fine and they are best parents in the world.

I saw all the Freddy and Jason movies before I was 7, it all depends on what the parents deem is fit for their chideran. Who are we to say how they should raise their kids, We can have our opinions yes, but when it comes down to it, we have no say in the matter.

I think the movie will have a PG-13 movie.

Perhaps with horror movies it is one thing, but porn is an entirely different matter, it is Highly inappropriate and very much illegal for a child to see porn. I can agree to differ on the horror movies, but please, you cannot tell me it is alright for a child to watch porn?
