Shia LaBeouf in a recent interview with ask.com stated that he has signed on for 2 more transformers movies, Do you think they are getting ahead of themselves already or will the movie be that huge?

Honestly I think the movie will be that great. Even though the preview only shows pretty much nothing, the way that they are making the movie and with the graphics that are said to be used in the movie it looks like it will be a hit. I wouldn't doubt if there are more movies. But I still think its too early to be making more

They’re the expert if they think this movie is going to be a hit then I guess its going to be. I personally have to agree with them in making a sequel for this; don’t you remember how you love the series without the graphics they used with the movie? Now imagine it with great graphics on the big screen.

I don't know usually sequels ruin the story. I'm not even sure if they are gonna use the same storyline. My biggest concern is the if they stick to the story or not.

Unfortunately, there is no way for them to predict what the movie is going to be like. They are only doing it in the hopes it will be a success but if they piss of die hard transformer fans with the plot it could be a complete bust.

I don't thinking having a sequel in the works already is the best of ideas. It is going to be impossible to know what transformer fans are going to think of the plot.

Having seen the film I'm now waiting for the sequel. The film rocked, but its biggest test will be in a sequel, as thats when we'll find out how close to the original they are going to try and stick with.

I think they are getting ahead of themselves because in the animated series it is in the distent future.
