Where to find toys etc?

I wanted to get my nephew some Transformers goodies. Toys, books, t-shirts, etc. Where can I find this stuff besides ebay. My son has a ton of the older toys, but he has saved them for over 10 years now in the attic and will not part with them (or his Ninja turtles!)

You can purchase new items at hasbro.com, amazon.com, and for shirts 80’s tees.com. If you are willing to wait I am sure new items will be surfacing in anticipation of the movie.

I agree that hasbro.com and amazon.com are a good place to shop for transformer items. my sons wont part with their transformer items or their ninja turtles either, they have always been their favorites.

You can also look at Toys R Us, Wal*Mart, your Kroger chain, or sometimes hobby or comic shops if looking for brick and mortar stores.

The new line is called Transformer's Classics and are re-imaginings of a lot of the origonal Transformer characters.

(Oh and the not to part thing is a good idea some of the origonal TF toys sell even in poor condition for over $100.)

Toys R Us has had such a limited selection, I guess closer to the movie release they will have a lot more. I HATE walmart so I would rather not go there! Thanks so much for the t-shirt company name, that is a great place to start!!

Also as of I believe Halloween Hot Topic will be carrying some rather spiffy shirts. I'll try and find a link to them later.

My kids go to Hottopic all the time so I will have them keep a look out ofr the shirts and all. A friend said that she saw a few of the new line at KB toys in the mall so i am going to go there on Monday or Tuesday and look around.

I guess I should have known that with the new movie, there would be new lines of merchandise. How many of you actually have your old stuff? Is it in collectors condition? I've always wondered what my brothers Transformers toys would be worth now if they were still in the package.

My son actually has some of the happy meal toys from back in the day that were like "doubles or triples" and they were never opened. He has saved them and I think he would never part with them. I wonder if they are worth anything?

The McDonald one's not a huge bunch, but even out of package of the origonal 1980s run is worth a nice mint.

Oddly most Transformer fans I know only collect in box if they also buy an out of box set.

Frankly I collect and all my toys are in great opened condition. They're just better that way.

I have heard that toys r us has a good selection but I havent been in there in quite some time so I am not really sure but that is what I heard from a friend that was buying them for her son for christmas presents.
