any theroies or ideas on how kakashi got his MS???
As stated by Itachi, the only way to get the MS is too kill your closest friend.

But kakashi said that all his friends were dead.

Actually there are other ways to achieve the Mangekyo Sharingan. Take for instance Sasuke, he didn't need to kill Naruto in order to achieve his Mangakyo Sharingan. He even tells Naruto that he didn't kill him back when they fought before the time skip because he didn't want to achieve the MS thingy in Itachi's way. So, kakashi probably got his MS by training his sharingan alot.

It's not that Sasuke wanted to achieve the Mangekyou by following Itachi's advice. It was just the concept of following said advice in the first place that bothered the crap out of Sasuke. He doesn't like the fact that if he were to kill Naruto and achieve the Mangekyou, he would be doing so with his brother's indirect help.
Nope. Sasuke doesn't have the Mangekyou. He's got something better.

I think that Kakashi trained as well.But we aren't certain of this yet,for it hasn't been confirmed.

Well, I don't know how and what Sasuke got something better than the Mangekyo Sharingan but to become powerful he listened to Itachi and got bothered so much in the first place. Kakashi got his Sharingan from a dying friend of his, and trained hard so he got the MS.
