If you're talking actual romances within the story. . .
Jiraiya & Tsunade, Asuma & Kurenai, were the most well suited.
As for fan fics or who I wish would get together. . . Kakashi and Anko. Kakashi and Anko.

the itachi one and the ones after that are just jokes (thogh people say kurani and kiba do end up together) read it closer. it hasnt been relised yet but narutos head is on sakuras lap and then he sits up and had a romantic kiss.

p.s its not me sencing it and tsunade dies and asumas alredy dead

Corrections:

Naruto has a crush on Sakura.
Sakura has more of a sibling-type feelings for both Naruto and Sasuke.
Hinata has a crush on Naruto, but seemingly understands the feelings that Naruto and Sakura share together.

Sasuke has never formally met Hinata in the series at all. The SasuHina pairing is purely fanmade and completely illogical when considering the canon. Furthermore, Sasuke doesn't really exhibit any feelings for anyone. The strongest emotion that he would ever feel aside from the newfound love and respect for his brother is the camaraderie towards his former teammates [Sakura, Naruto, Kakashi] and his current teammates [Suigetsu, Jugo, Karin].

It is implied but not explored whether or not Shikamaru and Temari have a relationship together. Fans speculate a pairing just because they were both representatives of their villages when we first meet them in the second part of the series and they were walking together in the village. Just because they were walking side-by-side, fans speculate that there is some sort of relationship going on.

Asuma is dead. Shikamaru promised that he would care for Kurenai's baby and he would watch over the baby in place of Asuma. Does this imply some sort of growing relationship between Kurenai and Shikamaru? No, but of course, there are people out there that are sick enough to think that.

It is hinted that Jiraiya and Tsunade both pursued a relationship together in the past, but it ended in failure [and a couple broken ribs for Jiraiya]. The Jiraiya/Tsunade relationship could perhaps be a mirror to the Naruto/Sakura relationship which could imply that Tsunade may have harbored feelings toward the tall, dark, and mysterious Orochimaru.

Kiba has shown to have a big-brother relationship towards Hinata. Hinata sees him as more of a teammate.
