The Fuuton : Rasengan Shuriken is just what the 4th was trying to achieve. The name "Rasenshuriken" probably wouldn't of been its name. It would have been something cooler. Anywho, Naruto's "Wind Shuriken" is just incomplete, and if he managed to complete it, then it would be come like a mini ball of wind-chakra mixture with the capabilities to rip things to shreds rather then sending them flying to the next century.

i think the complete fuuton: rasengan will be much more powerful! i think that it will probably be a ball shape instead of shuriken shape and that when it hits it expands and cuts you from the insed

but it is not what the fourth was trying to do

well actually the Wind Release: Spiraling Shuriken if used successfully, however, it traps its victim in a swirling dome of wind chakra that tears the victim apart, leaving a huge crater in its wake. Even Sharingan-enhanced vision is incapable of tracking the number of times the technique cuts the victim.

I'm aware of what kakashi said about the hit being so many, that he couldnt see the number of times. I'm talking about before it hits the target i.e. Naruto charging at Itachi. Itachi can still track the movements of Naruto. Maybe not the actual jutsu but the movement which Naruto is making i.e. running. Till Naruto can mastered it and have the ability to throw, i think Itachi can dodge it.

The element bit was sort of hinted with the uses Water based, electricity based, fire based but never given much depth. Perhaps it was because that it wasnt much of a factor then. I mean Kakashi vs. Zabuza had seen them both use water jutsu.

Ok,now that explains it. I just got the wrong idea about what you said before, but what you just now said is in fact true. I too think that itachi could dodge the move, but he cant see the actual jutsu in progress
