well actually the Wind Release: Spiraling Shuriken if used successfully, however, it traps its victim in a swirling dome of wind chakra that tears the victim apart, leaving a huge crater in its wake. Even Sharingan-enhanced vision is incapable of tracking the number of times the technique cuts the victim.

In my opinion, if it was one on one, most of the Akatsuki members would have little trouble with the attack. They would either defeat Naruto before he could charge the move, take the hit and suffer little damage (face it, the move would be pretty useless on Hidan) or simply stop it with high level techniques (the Akatsuki leader, Itachi, ...).

yea..but the move is only half way finished though. maybe it'll turn in too a better move.

When he FULLY masters the Fuuton Rasengan, I think that it'll be strong enough to Withstand any jutsu thrown at it. I mean Rasengan is pretty strong, Rasenshuriken is pretty strong as well, but a fully mastered Fuuton rasengan might actually be invisble or sumthin ya kno???? Itd be deadly if he does a Fuuton rasengan that u cant detect.....

yea..i think that with the fully developed fuuton rasengan, naruto can have confindece fighting any oppoent. He may not win the battle but with the fuuton, he has a chance against anyone

In my opinion, I think there will be different varieties of the Wind-powered Rasengan, and that the Rasen-Shuriken is only one of the options that came out this time...

What interests me more, is what kind of technique One would get if U fuse other elements with the rasengan, as U all know a Jounin is able to combine atleast 2 elements to create a third one, then what would happen when If U fuse that 'third element' into the Rasengan?
