well, of course Itachi is sasuke's older brother! Now, as for sasuke becomeing LIKE his older bro, in the episode where he battles Naruto, in the end he says to himself that he will not walk in his brothers path, but make one of his own. And sasukes trying to KILL itachi, not follow in his footsteps. Though, in shippuden, sasuke does become as strong as Itachi.
