i think that itchi is like the ultimate nin because he can use mangoku sharigan
i think it was or something or the technique that ca make him blind could probably kill any nin

Itachi because mostly only because of his Tsukuyomi which could knock out Kakashi and a Fake Itachi could tempararily immoblize Naruto through Genjutsu. Assuming he got stronger, He's probably even more skilled and powerful after the time-skip.

Hidan isn't actually the Strongest, Per se, but his abilities give him quite a force to reckoned with. Any pain done to his immortal body is transfered to his opponent. In Theroy, Could he Stab himself in a vital artery so many times it kills someone? Also the fact he can't be killed, rather incapacitated. But it still means if he were somehow found Again he could wreak havoc. It would take the genius of someone like Shikamru to lock him back up agaiin.

That's meh opinion anyways.

You're making an awful lot of blind assumptions there. Oh and btw, 'nin' isn't a proper way to address characters.

I believe that itachi is the strongest against others out of akutski minus thaose prohibited but kakuzu is strongest against the other members having many tentacles and even though his death was rushed there is the excuse of wanting to introduce fuuton:rasenshuriken which is basicaly the only technique that can beat him when he has 4 lives left unless you can keep him still for katon:karyuu endan which still needs to be hot enough to burn bot the masks and the heart to work.
