I just want to know, does Naruto ever learn to completely use the 9-tailed fox at will. I mean really tap into it's true powers, while still being the funny, charismatic character that we love.

at this point and time no one really know cause as you know the seal on his stomach is getting weak so it runs high risk of the fox power over powering him but if the find a way to make the seal stronger then may'be he'll be able too

of course he will... hi is the protogonist of the story right??? ... according to thestory he is powerful and full of spirit ninja,,, he is well trained so why wouldn't he??? and everything is possible for him,,, especially if the writer wants it... i like naruto,, but if he can't control his inner-demon,,, i will not watch anymore naruto.....

well im just as lost as u ..but i feel that natruo will..he's a determined kid..whatever he wants to succed in ..he will make sure its done..(example)..remember when he wanted to learn that new tech that the pervy sage showed him,when the sage was training natruo,,(its the one with exploding the ball in ur fist)..well i thik natrou spent 2-3 days trying to learn or master that tech..and he did it..^_____^
Even though that inner demon seem pretty powerful ..natruo will find someone to control that beast..so that the powers is his fully..

Well, he will control it on the latter parts~ but his grandson will be able to control it fully thats where im sure even though his grandson is still young he can control it fully ~no problem~ but the clitch is he will surely be with hinata~ naruto that is~ quite an unexpected couple isn't it~?
and yet~! RUMORS~!
