Ishida Uryuu spoliers

did Ishida Uryuu get his power back if so how? I never got to the episode so i nerver knew.

they haven't get to this episode yet. Ishida's father promised him he will help him get his powers back if he didn't get involved with any shinigami's affairs. so Ichida is fighting his father in order to get his powers back. That's all i know

The only way for him to get his powers back was for him to reach his limits and then get hit by an spiritual arrow 1/4" or something away from his heart. And yes, this technique does work.

you can't really guess on what episode because they are showing some fillers, which are getting very annoying now btw.

I saw his father say in one episode to himself (after doing this)that the only way to regain quincy powers after the "Final Form" was to shoot a quincy arrow a couple of inches right of the heart when the target was exahsted physically and mentally (knocked out from exhaustion)
