Orihime and Ulquiorra?

I've read up to where Ichigo is introduced to Vizards,Arrancars,Aizen's next move.Also that his dad is a shinigami.
But what about Orihime?
Did she join the side of arrancars in Hueco Mundo?

Sorry for asking these,but I was browsing on DA until I saw Orihime and Ulquiorra together,so I became curious.

Where did you see the image? i'm also curious about that since in the newest opening song on ep:131 Orihime was wearing the same type of outfit the Arrancars are wearing

It is in the manga, it hasn't been shown in the anime yet. If you want to see that you might have to wait because Bleach is back to fillers once again.
