1. When and how does Ichigo find out that his dad was once a Shinigami? and how does he react?
2. Does Ichigo get any kind of love interest? I've watched all of the episodes so far and the only love interests are with the minor characters, Ichigo just seems to have close "freinds." I know Inoue confesses to him while he's asleep, but is that it?
I'd like to see Ichigo and Rukia end up together, but I've read some interviews with Kubo and he seems to like to put meaning into the way the characters look, for example there's a reason Inoue looks a little similiar to Ichigo's mom. So I'm pretty much guessing that they'll end up together.

indeed, only kon and Ishida's dad know about his past. Kon was sworn to keep his silence over it. Thus, no one knows about his past.
The love interest is still up in the air. At moment, Inoue X Ichigo really looks a good bet. But there's only been one sided confession of love. Ichigo has yet to confess his.

Also don't forget that real mutual love confessions are rare in Shōnen manga.
