You're kidding me, right? Just because he's feminine doesn't mean that he's a girl. "Lord" Frieza was always a guy. He might be feminine, but he's a guy.

Think about it this way: Every single MAJOR villain in DBZ has always been a guy. Frieza is no exception.

Yes, Toriyama is just sexist like that.
