For me, this is definatelyone of my favorites Because it's so different from every other anime, especially the characters. The quality, the themes,everything about it is great.

I love this series and own the platinum complete set I am in love with the story and would love to meet the creator
I have to say I was very upset at times but I do like it. ^^
I bought all of them right away.
I started by reading the comic, and when my favorite char. died. I thoug the book down. And stoped, but still.
^_^ Yet another classic anime. well kinda~ ha!
This series totally buzzed me, especially near the end....let's say in short that I stood before my computer for around half an hour nearly "Brain Dead" trying to put my neurons back iinto place as the last bits of information just didn't digenst well in my head. For this I loved it as well as because of two particular women and a penguin :P

the story of the manga series very "deep" and looks like very realistic (at different world of perspective).
hm.. the first time i "met" NGE is by read the manga...
about the mov.
just like what the comment in the last pages of NGE manga...
it do not rise the shinji feel's to his friend and other character in NGE.
but, because of the manga and the mov. story are differ... i more like it than other...
i cannot give more comment because i do not watch it all..
yes... it is old anime and now it is hard find some on the rent. Xp
oh!! an also the pics. made by Sadamoto sensei are very good!!
hm.. as good as the story of manga.
i hope next year the new vol. of NGE mangas are lounched...

it has such a good story and the characters are cool
Yes, I wouldn't have minded an ending that was a little bit brighter, however, that is one of the several qualities that make it stand out from the pact. I also find it to be "moving" from the unbelievable depth to every single character as well the amazing story line. The big robots are kinda cool too.
