Thread: Do you like this Anime? (GIVE THE REASON)

I like it, I guess it helped get me into mechas in the first place (I love Code Geass).
This and Code Geass are the only mecha animes I have seen, but I haven't seen all
of Evangelion.

I recommend watching Rah Xephon. It has the same presmise as Evanglion... sort of. (more like polar opposites) But the mechas are bio organic. Which makes me giggle and squeel. Also Gurren-Laggan pretty much those two will keep you active for a while they are my favorites.

I've been trying to get my friend to watch evangelion for around a year now. He refuses every time. FINALLY this week he is going to watch it. I gave him every episode on dvd. The directors cuts. EVERYTHING.

I do love NGE!! my fav character is Misato she so funny and has as pet a pinguim! how cool is that?

There is something mysterious in this anime. Something deeply philosophic.

Interesting to watch

mmm really i didn't understand this anime and there is many things i didn't understand in it there is something strange or we can say mysterious in it ... =^_^=

This anime is very hard to understand. ^-^ but if u look at all the allusions that occur and then watch it again, you feel like you've reach an enlightened state. Its actually a really weird feeling... FOR example. look at the eyes of the eva. eva unit 02 has 4 eyes. eva unit 01 2 eyes. And unit 00 has 1 eyes. this adds up to 7. 7 is of course the number of the gods. But look at the mask of lilith, it has the 7 eyes. . (also the production evas 5-13, have no eyes.)
