true the movie did confuse me a little but i am hoping that once i see it all in one go, the series then the movie it would help.

Speaking as someone who has watched the entire series in one Sitting, The movie still makes Very little sense. Which is most likely what Anno wanted in the first place, since End of EVA was made as a slap in the face to the fans who sent him death threats because of the way he ended the TV series (In the scene where you see the people in the Movie theater, the Japanese text is excerpts from the various threats he got)Quote:
