Ok, while explaning your choice, which is your favorite Angel? i suppose you can include Adam even tho you only see his sillouette...

id say my favorite is Ramiel, the fifth angel. First off, he looks cool to me, i mean, he's a floating diamond. he also had a super powerful beam [sencond only, id say, to the 14th one] and an equally powerfull AT field. plus it took them like three or four episodes to get rid of the body

I'd have to go for Sachiel. I really liked it's design and was a lot more humanoid than the rest of them. I especially liked the face/head. Also it was the first Angel Shinji encountered and the first time EVA-01 went berserk. That scene was pretty ruthless and awesome.

yeah, the poor thing got pwned pretty hard. id say it was one of the more well-rounded out angels.

I'm partial to the 5th Angel myself. Not because it looks cool, or the nifty weapons it has. Its because its the biggest GAINAX Studio in-house joke reference in the entire series. (And you have to be REALLY KNOWLEDGEABLE in GAINAX Studio productions to get that reference...)
