Besides having plot, is this series only about guns and girls? or there is some lovey dovey stuff?
Well...there is not really a romantic love story involved, if that's what you mean; in fact, aside from a few that are pertinent to the plot, there aren't really in male characters. The female characters form relationships with each other that range from mutual understanding to deep friendship. Chloe and Kirika's relationship, however, is another story...

There is one episode with a love interest, but he quickly gets killed off by the end of that episode... The main story of the series is that we have two professional and efficient women assassins who have no knowledge or memory of their past, yet they know that somehow, their connected. Using this connection they start uncovering the hidden truth of their past..
Critics of this series complain about the slow moving plot.. (but after all, the series is called 'Noir') Those who have the patience to let the story unfold will be treated to what became the breakout series for Studio Bee Train
i think the story line is very good there are olso some unsespected develpments that really suprisses you
When I first heard about the series I was a bit skeptical about it but that was caused by the fact that Americans make horrible "girls with guns" series (ex. Alias and Charlie's Angels). I saw the first 3 episodes and I must say that this has really caught my attention. The first episode has enough mystery to keep you wanting more but not enough to turn you away. I look forward to watching the rest of this series.
I started to watch it, when I did I got hooked into so fast. It has a great plot and the mystery in it is a kill, plus the music is not half bad though they use a little too much I still love it. ^^
I heard of after people starting comparing it to "Madlax" I like Gunslinger Girl better though. ^^
