Well, in case you didn't notice. Cowboy Bebop characters aren't all Japanese. I'm glad they choose an American.

Spike (I'm pretty sure he's from Mars): Well, they chose Keanu Reeves. I don't mind as much as everyone else. I think he might be able to pull it off. I always wanted Jeff Goldblum but he's a bit too old for that. We'll see if Reeves can be our Space Cowboy.

Jet (I don't know where he's from but he sure doesn't look Japanese): I wanted Tommy Lee Jones to play Jet but like my choice for Spike, he's much older than the character. If I had to choose another person... let me think... Bruce Willis would be a pretty good Jet.

Ed ('Origin' is Turkey): I truly think we should get a young Bollywood actress or a hispanic young actress. Someone tan, thin, and has ADD. It's more likely they will find an African-American unknown actress. I can't find anyone at the moment.

I dunno....Keanu Reeves might be able to do it. It would make more sense for him to be spike than say........constantine.

I hope they cast Keanu as Spike. I really do think he could pull it off. I'm curious as to how he's going to do it anyway. I'm used to seeing him play the stoic alien. xD

While Keanu may look like Spike, for the love of GOD do not let him play the part. He hasn't made a good movie since the Matrix 1.
