    -Cowboy Bebop
There is no use running from the past, since the future is pretty much the only thing worth looking forward to...Something to that effect...

Cowboy Bebop is a Departure from the traditional idea of Science Fiction and the depiction of a perfect future. Instead what cowboy bebop depicts the real world with future technology where even the basics are being taxed and the last war between humans was not half a millennial ago. Cowboy Bebop shows a projection of today's values on the world of tomorrow where the homeless still exist, drifters still drift and jazz still play's. This is the essence of why Cowboy Bebop is a cult clasic, it retains enough of the present to make it believable, but gives it the twist of the future to make it different.
