I agree with everyone who said they liked all of the episodes. However, "Hard Luck Women" will always stand out in my mind. Right at the end, when Ed and Ein leave the Bebop to the tune of "Call Me Call Me", and when Spike and Jet see the message Ed left on the deck, will ALWAYS leave a lump in my throat.

Right off the top of my head it would be Toys in the Attic because that episode is so funny. If I had to pick a more serious episode though it would probably be Hard Luck Women.

the last ep was awesome as were most...but hands down my favorite ep was the i believe 13 with the crazy killer who flew around and always smiled...but had the mind of a child. this is where we see spike vulnerable and beaten...everyone tries to help because deep down they care especially faye who just doesnt want him to go but in the end shows up to help. so touching.

hmmmm.... i wanna say "sympathy for the devil" because the look in the kid's eyes is creepy. but i still have the last episode recorded on my DVR from the last time adult swim played it. another good canidate is, well, i forget the name, but its like the 4th episode, where the old woman has the drug that turns ppl into mokeys. it has lots of space fighting too, and i loke the swordfish II

It's hard to pick one because for me it's obviously the last two. If I had to pick one it would be the last episode.

Why? Because at least finally something happened with the main plot of the freaking anime.

the one with andy the bounty huntwer was kind of funny....(see you space samurai).. so is the one with the crazy smilin' guy that acted like a baby. yeah, toys in the closet reminded mo of a good zombie movie, it was good too. hell, i like too many

I'd have to say that it's a tie between Gyanamede Elegy (episode 7, i think), and The Real Folks Blues (last 2 episodes).

Gyanamede Elegy speaks alot about Jet's past and his personality, something you really don't get to hear too much about during the series, because it mostly focuses on Spike or whoever's got a bounty on thier head. The last two episodes (The real folk blues) are just awesome! It talks about Spikes past alot more than in any other episode (including Ballad of fallen angels) and the fight in the last episode rocked my socks off. It's kinda sad that Spike had to die though. At least he went out like a warrior.

yeah, but in my opinion the colors of the final battle were a bit too dark and made it hard to watch, but this could have been b/c of adult swim. plus the actual fight with vicious could have been a bit longer. on the other hand, spike pwned those noobs.

Black Dog Serenade and Wild Horses are the two best, BLS because its mostly about Jet and his past and how and why he lost his arm, The Black Dog once he bites down he never lets go.

With wild horses I just love the photo at or near the end of the episode it says it all.

Hmm, I have no idea about the individual names for the episodes.

My favorite would have to be the one where we come across Ed's father. I don't know why, but I always feel quite good inside when the supposedly "invicible" main character, gets the crap beat out of him/her. Oh, that is the reason why I consider the movie good as well.

There are always rules and laws in anime, but dragging us along can distort those at times and bend them almost to the point of breaking. They become mortal again and it puts a bit of spin on the whole scene. It helps me actually care or creates suspense in every action sequence. They might actually die this time!

This is probably all bull, but best reason I can come up with.

Erm i cant remember the episode name or number but for me the episode that introduced Ed was my favourite ^_^ simply because Ed was such a funny character
