when most people do talk abotu this i would have to say that kogome is the best choice for inuyasha because she is better then kikyo.

I disliked both characters equally.
Kagome was whiny, needy, useless in the beginning, stupid in the middle, tempermental in the end.
Kikyo was a dead woman walking amongst the living because she couldn't let go of her anger.

I'll take Kikyo's stubborness over Kagome's annoying personality any day.
Just give me a bow and arrow and we'll hunt rabbits all day. Or improve our aim. Who knows. Maybe we'll find a pokemon and destroy it beyond recognition.

You took the words right out of my mouth. I would take Kikyo over Kagome anyday, Kikyo isn't really my favorite of characters, its better than being annoyed by Kagome. Atleast Kikyo doesn't nag.

People need to stop judging Kagome english anime-wise.
In Japanese her voice isn't like in the english dubbed.
Also, read the manga before judging a character.

I mean at least Kagome talks.

Also, don't be fooled by anime KAGOME.

She is 18 and all grown up.

She is definately way more smarter because she gets an education,
ALSO she can easily kill Kikyo by bring a gun from her time and shoting her brains out.



And then people say that she is useless, they dont even read the manga.
There are many times where Kagome has saved the gropu like in the Naraku episode.
But no, because Kagome is only 15 and ordinary, people have to bash her.
Besides, Inuyasha is the one who chooses to protect her.

You think if you were in her positino youd be strong and not needy.

At least Kagome is more realistic.

I like Kikyo better. She is more mature, strong but feminine. And she's a tough beauty.
Most guys like those girly girls like Kagome, because they can protect her while feeling all manly and stuff *lol*

There are pros and cons to both of them, kikyo goes all selfish and wants inuyasha all to herself, although kagome is kinda like a barbie sometimes...it's like in the real world, you just can't have a perfect character.
