I think Sesshoumaru would win. I think that Sesshoumaru never really takes Inuyasha seriously. I mean it is obvious that Sesshoumaru is extremely skilled in the art of fighting and Inuyasha is not. I don't see how Sesshoumaru could not win, truthfully. I think maybe Sesshoumaru has alternative reasons for fighting Inuyasha. Who knows? Maybe he fights him to toughen him up.
Why ask this question. when we know Inuyasha is nothing without his girl tag along. Sesshomaru would show his little brother who's boss. :D Thank you!
