It was better than I expected. Initially I thought the idea is smilar to beyblade except this time its rollerblades, but after I started reading the scans for Air Gear I changed my opinion. The story have some substance.
One complain I have is the voices. Not expressive enough. Sometimes the voices doesn't live up to the mood setted for that scene.
Edit: And I hate that crow in the anime. Ruining the series for me =/
