    Anime or Anima?

    Hey, I'm confused about this:

I usually see the word for Japanese animation spelled 'anime', however, I also see a lot of people spell it 'anima', is that just a misspelling, or is it another correct spelling?

    Thanks.

Anime is the correct Japanese spelling of the Japanese pronunciation. And outside of Japan, Anime refers to animation produced and targeted for a Japanese audience.
