Anime Character Identity Help!

Hello, does anybody know who is this character and what anime is he from? Thnks...

he might not be from an anime,some animated pictures on the internet may not belong to anime or manga,most likly fan art? im not all sure

The character looks to be a fan drawing of Kougaiji from the anime/manga series Gensomaden Saiyuki. Of course, the artist is missing a few key tattoos (especially on the face), but the rendition of him is quite good, if it is indeed Kougaiji.

You can tell from the amount of detail put into the picture such as background/foreground objects that this is clearly not from any anime or manga series but rather from a eroge [h-game/hentai game] or a visual novel. Since the pictured character is a guy, it is obviously a Yaoi/BL/June eroge.

Edit: @zyta: I was thinking Saiyuki at first too, but the CG detail makes it too obvious.

Just from the fine detail of the picture its unlikely that it came from an Anime. Most likely this is from a interactive graphics novel PC/Console game...

It does seem to be a fan erndition of Kougaiji. A bad one, no tattoos, a weird chest symbol. And the ears, but he looks much better in this artist choice.

Yeah,It was indeed look like Kougaiji..but on the other hand it somewhat resembles Goku(not on DBZ)...when you really focus looking in the face it really looks like Goku..

Yep I really quickly recalled Saiyuki characaters when I saw the picture^^
