![]() ![]() Credits: 21,401 | Anime and Manga of the week I made this post to show people really good mangas to read and the anime to watch for people who want to know whats good so are anime and Manga of the Week Is FRUIT BASKETS.Fruits Basket (フルーツバスケット, Furūtsu Basuketto?) is a shōjo manga series created by Natsuki Takaya (pseudonym) serialized in the semi-monthly Japanese magazine Hana to Yume (Flowers and Dreams), published by Hakusensha. It won the 2001 Kodansha Manga Award for shōjo. Fruits Basket has been adapted into a 26-episode anime series, directed by Akitaro Daichi, on TV Tokyo. The series won the Animage Anime Grand Prix prize in 2001. The word "Fruits" in the title is always plural; the spelling originates from the transcription of the English word "fruit" into Japanese, where because there is no "tu" sound, "tsu" is used instead. The title comes from the name of a popular game played in Japanese elementary schools, which is alluded to in the series. and for 10 out of 10 for me what did you think about the anime what would you give it out of a ten. |

![]() ![]() Credits: 3,256 | Re: Anime and Manga of the week ...yeah. If you really want to give people a heads up on good anime to watch, or manga to read, then write reviews for them. And seeing as how that's pretty much what this thread is about, I'm just going to close it. Also, if you plan on writing reviews, make sure to read the rules on the set-up for them. Reviews
