    Re: Anime Publications

i used to read animeinsider, shonen jump, and animerica. now, for the past few years, i haven't read any. sure this hurts how much i know about recent anime but that just means i have to go explore more and listen to other people's opinions more. honestly i think i have found more anime and manga i like through this route than when i was reading the magazines. even when i was reading magazines, most of the animes i watched or mangas i read were because i heard something about them from a friend or saw the title/description online and thought i'd like it. not because i saw it in a magazine.
