Nothing really new to me!! most of those on list i already seen it... just 3 of them ( black lagoon, saiyuki, and Higurashi no Naku Koro ni) got to look for it...

has a bit of action, not the bloody one,
it specifically contain techniques
or magical powers perharps.. and the
rest would be COMEDY..
