    anime suggetsions?

Hello!!! I have a lot of favorite anime, but am looking for new anime to try.
    My favorites are:
    Bleach,
Full Metal Alchemist and Full Metal Alchemist brotherhood,
    Death Note,
    InuYasha,
    Naruto,
    blood+
do know of any good samurai anime or any others?
Love is like a war: easy to begin but very hard to stop.

In terms of samurai's, I just watch Shigurui: Death Frenzy, however it is somewhat explicit in terms of themes, language and imagery.

Another good anime to check out is Ninja Scroll (the series).

For something a bit lighter, more in line with what you have already seen, you might want to give D.Grey Man a shot.

Fate Stay Night is also another interesting anime.

Also, stay away from Aquarion. Terrible anime. I just watched the first few episodes. Not even worth the time.

I can't really think of any more at the moment.

Well you should check out Samurai 7 or Samurai Champloo or Afro samurai. ^^ I would watch Ninja scroll with caution since its pretty much borderline hentai O.o but yeah another good anime is Chrono Crusade, the ecchi series of Ikkitousen is very good as well as Vipers Creed and Full Metal Panic! ^_^
    Im the Canti

That's why I said Ninja Scroll the series, NOT the movie. Feature film is graphic: series is a lot more tame and thought provoking. Details dude: try to pick up on them.

And Samurai 7 was disappointing: it did no justice to Kurosawa's original.

If you want a good anime about samurai, check out Ruroni Kenshin. You can't go wrong with the manslayer

Also, if you enjoy anime with mechs, then Full Metal Panic would be fine. Personally, after all the Gundam's and Evangelion they have all just blurred into one amalgam character's piloting robots. I think that is one of my biggest disappointments with Samurai 7, even though they just turned themselves into mechanical beings...

Ohh I forgot about both of those!

Beserk is more old school (I believe the manga started in the late 80's, the anime in the early 90's) but it is still an excellent anime with a great protagonist and an interesting plot.

Basilisk is also very good, but it is also very graphic (blood, violence, female objectification), much like Ninja Scroll the movie, NOT the SERIES (although the film Ninja Scroll is very good).
