well i guess for now since im watchin it love hina...its pretty funny and the romance is subtle but you just want it to happen ya know. but if you haven't seen it...id say check it out.
chobits soo has to be like omg its the 2 mixed u soo got to see it
So Love Hina and Chobits?
Oh are these movies... or series??
Love hina is both a movie, manga, and anime and chobits is an anime and a manga... ^^ and anyway, hmmm a good romance anime ... well, i might suggest Tenchi Muyo (anime, a couple of movies and manga), I hear that Ceres: Celestial legend is good (anime and manga), etc ... ^^
Yes Love Hina, Chobits might be a bit much unless you're a guy who thinks like the character on that 1. Ranma 1/2 was good, had comedy and some romance. The heroic legend of Arislan was full of romance and fighting. Full metal panic has comedy/romance and fighting. So you see, there are plenty to choose from nowdays.
Grumble Grumble Grumble
Actually, the correct term for this is not 'Reverse Harem' it's 'Shoujo' (or Girls) anime... The standard characteristics are that the main character is usually (but not always) a girl, there are plenty of 'Bishounen' (Pretty Boy) characters, and a romantic love interest is involved...
Comedy Shoujo series you can try would be 'Fruits Basket' (who's Region 1 introduction has triggered the current shoujo trend in the US)

More recent series would be 'Peach Girl' which revolves around a high school girl who 'tans' to easily...

And then there's 'Boys Be', a tale about high school courtship from the males perspective...

Try Honey and Clover as well.
It's more aimed at older teens and adults than most typical shōjo anime but it's very, very good.
It's about the relationships between a group of college students (although some of them are already finished with college and have started working).
Beautiful art, beautiful story and interesting characters. It's not Harem though.
